We at O&N Kids Boutique store always strive to provide the best services for our customers and ensure their complete satisfaction with the products they purchase. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy that meets your needs.
Return Policy:
1 - Non-customized products: Non-customized products can be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The products must be in their original condition and unused, with all tags and original packaging. Please provide the purchase receipt or proof of payment. The buyer bears the shipping and delivery costs.
2 - Customized products: Products engraved with the child's name cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
Exchange Policy:
1 - Non-customized products: Non-customized products can be exchanged under the same conditions mentioned for returns. If the replacement product is unavailable, an option to return or wait until the product is available will be offered.
2 - Customized products: Customized products can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect. If there is an engraving error caused by the store, a free replacement will be provided, with the store bearing the shipping and delivery costs.
Return and exchange steps:
- Please contact customer service via WhatsApp to submit a return or exchange request. Details on how to return the product will be provided.
- Return the product to the address provided by customer service, including all accessories.
- After receiving the product, it will be inspected, and the return or exchange request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
